2 Ways to do a Report

Visual Workshop - see it and make it. Open a PDF from X: drive and recreate it in Access exactly as you see it.

Get a paragraph like this and make the report:
Create a report using the Properties database and Agents table; name it Agent Contact Numbers. List Last Name, First Name, Agent ID, Office Phone and Cell Phone grouped by Affiliation and sorted by Last then First name. Block style, portrait orientation, adjusted by field width and Access 2003 appearance. Include a count by Affiliation and a grand total. Remove the lines!
