Computer Applications


Good morning!
You will learn about Access Reports today (Kristine and Adam, too!).
1. Before doing the steps, please complete the following. Create a Word document and answer these questions:
    a. What are the five tools in the Create Ribbon Reports Group and what do they do? (hint: see the blue words in the book)
    b. What is the difference between a report header and a page header?
    c. From the Northwinds database, which is a better example of a grouping level: Canned Fruit & Vegetables or Category?
    d. On a 5-page report, how many times will the Page Footer print?
    e. On a 3-page report, how many times will the Report Footer print?
    You are an awesome Database Manager.

3. Save this work in your Access folder to show me tomorrow :)
4. Do Step-by-Step 5.1 thru 5.7 and save your work. Neighbors, please help Adam and Kristine find the files they need.

B. Then practice your tables:
Complete DW 5-30 thru 5-31.

Please continue to work on "It Had 2BU" project.
It is due at beginning of class tomorrow.
