In the Beginning... Article

During the year, Applications class will be writing a collection of articles. These articles are about your year at DCS during 2009-2010. You may see the complete assignment at A Year in the Life. Towards the end of the year, when we cover Publisher, you will use these articles in a newsletter format about your school year. But for now, you are working in WORD. The first assignment is "In the Beginning..." about your first day of school or your first couple of weeks of school. Always use third person - like you are a reporter writing about another person (he/she not I/me). It should be about 10-15 sentences and saved in your "A Year in the Life" folder in H: drive by Thursday 9/10 during class time. :)
